How do I book my 'Day 2 Wedding' at The Hunted Hog?

What we can provide?
We can provide you with a marquee and exclusive access to our courtyard, music entertainment, catering, staff to cover the party, wooden benches and tables (seat 6-8 people each), cutlery, glassware and decoration. We will discuss your requirement once initial contact is made!
What is our capacity?
We can host a maximum of 75 people sitting in the marquee; extending to 100 standing between the marquee and courtyard.
What’s our cancellation policy?
Deposits are non-refundable if made within 6 months of the date booked.
Are children allowed?
Of course, they are welcome! They can join in the festivities until 9pm, after which they must be off the premises. This is due to alcohol licensing laws.
What time do weddings finish?
We must stop serving alcohol at 11.30pm Monday to Thursday, 12.30am on Friday and Saturday and 11pm on Sunday.
I wish to decorate the marquee, is this possible?
We allow simple decorations that will not cause any damage to the property, so that means no nails, screws or glue can be used. You’re welcome to provide linens and tableware to decorate the benches, along with flowers, balloons etc. You are welcome to decorate the space the day before as long as the venue is not in use or booked with another party. In this instance, we can allow access from early on the day to decorate. We ask that all decorations are removed by 12pm the following day.
What music is allowed?
To respect our neighbours in Castlemartyr, we allow live acoustic music in the courtyard. Inside The Hunted Hog, we can hold a small 2-3 piece band or DJ.
